That is one of the most ridiculous things i've ever witnessed but does this mean that every human being can sue justin bieber for his terrible music and not knowing what Germany is?

Exactly! This shit could go on forever.. You could sue people left right and centre. Someone sells you a Smart Car, sue them as its not really a car... :p
Or how about Mirror's Edge? Theres Mirrors don't play a massive part in that game..

This lady is pretty stupid, but you guys sound stupid too. It's called false advertising. She shouldn't go around suing people for stupid stuff, but these advertisers shouldn't promise you one thing and give you something else.
