defective head phones

I got the limited edtion of saints row the third and the head phones I go with it are defective. Is there anything i can do about this? Is there a number i can call to get them fixed? Please tell me!

Did you install the batteries? Here's an instruction manual if you missed it.

i agree with the defective headphones.  i've used them once and they cut in and out.  batteries are in, found the instructions that were not put in the box.
