Everytime I try to save my changes for adding tags to a preuploaded  character I made, it reverts back immediately. Such as when I add tags or try to make it public. Anyone else running into this problem? I have one other character I made for personal use and its set to public with no problems. However if I uncheck the public box it remains public.

On an unrelated note, is there a reason I'm set and locked to having my birthday in the year 2000? I thought I just made my account here yesterday and my birthdays in 1986. Only asking since it looks like they're cracking down on people that are underage.
