Just bought SR 2 pack for IS access but wrong...

Hey all,

I'm hoping someone can help.  I just bought the Saints Row 2 pack that also advertised the early access to the Initiation Station.
It has a 16 character code inside which seems incompaitable with xbox live.

I signed up here, but can't find anywhere to put this code.

Help?  Thanks!
