Please note that we're aware of the issues with character uploading and linking your accounts and are working on a solution to bring each portion back online. Thank you for your patience while we continue to work on this, and I'll let you know once there is more information, or a solution is in place.

UPDATE - 3:00 PM CST, Nov. 3rd.
We've just turned everything back on for PS3, so you should no longer be seeing timeout issues when attempting to upload, and you should be able to link your accounts and grab your characters from the website.
Please note that you may need to restart the Initiation Station on your PS3 (which means you should copy down your slider values), and you may need to log out of your account on this website, and then log back in, to see your uploads. Also take note that "logging out" means that you actually click the "LOGOUT" button in the top right corner. Don't just close your browser, as that is not a true logout from the website.
UPDATE - 11:50 AM CST, Nov. 3rd.
For PS3 users, we are continuing to work on the issues with character uploading and linking of your accounts. Please note that the PS3 character gallery is working properly, so you can view all of the previously made characters that have been made public. If you attempt to upload a character from the Initiation Station on PS3 at this time, it will not work. Please save your slider values and we'll let you know when you can re-launch the Initiation Station and upload your characters.

UPDATE - 8:50 PM CST, Nov. 2nd.
360 Users - Everything appears to be back up and running properly. This includes character uploading and linking of accounts. Please note that to see your characters in your "My Steelport" >> "Uploads" section, you may have to log out, and log back into SaintsRow.com (upper right corner).
PS3 Users - We still have an issue in the system and will be working on it through the night. We do not have an ETA on when it will be corrected at this time, but our recommendation to all of you is copy down your slider values for safe keeping. Once the issue has been resolved, we'll be sure to let everyone know and at that time, you should attempt to re-upload characters again.
We thank all of our fans for your patience while we continue to work on this issue.
UPDATE - 7:15 PM CST, Nov. 2nd.
We are still currently working on getting character uploading and account linking up and running again. We are fully aware of all your issues, which is why some of you are getting timeout errors, and others are running into "can not connect" errors. Our recommendation is to not keep trying, but to close down the Initiation Station for now until we give the all clear, to avoid these continual upload issues. Please note that you cannot save your character within the Initiation Station, so if you want to remember your slider values, we recommend writing them down in the meantime.
I'll try to have another status update shortly and as always, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
UPDATE - 5:10 PM CST, Nov. 2nd.
Please note that we're in the process of restarting a few of our servers, so you will see the Character Gallery and your account linking go up and down throughout this time.

We are continuing to work on the actual uploading of characters and linking of accounts. I'll have another update in the near future.
