The best prize for the skilled creator and winner of the contest (if it was a really serious competition) would be getting the honor of having your customized character implemented in the game with the first Downloadable Content as a Pedestrian.
Well there goes buying the first DLC for me.

If that's the case we'd better spam vote the good ones. Do you think they'll record new dialogue for ped characters if they do it that way.

Hopefully, however, unlikely. Seems like a fair bit of work just for one extra NPC. Even then, they might be a special NPC that doesn't show as often as the rest.

I think people here a being a little too harsh. I mean.... I'm not really sure if anyone here could do much better. I saw some pretty awesome looking ones. Granted about 30-40% of them were kinda dull, but not horrid (minus a few stupidly bland ones).

Does anyone have the links for Lynn, Zombie Carlos or Deckers Zombie? Those have to be the best out of the lot, but will probably disappear once pigboy wins due to sheer numbers.

I didn't like what I saw. Fat, blue, green. Default body with wolf mask. Vote for the same 10 characters over and over again. I liked a couple but most just look stupid. The character thing is a failure.

Thanks for trying, but I meant on the main site so I can add them to my queue. I've already found Zombie Carlos <-> and Lyn <->, still trying to find Deckers Zombie though.

I had thought the featured choices on here were going to be possible contenders. Not sure if that would be better though, there are some pretty terrible choices in both of those selections. I find it pretty annoying that they are giving next to no thought or effort into picking good designs for this contest things, they are all overly simple/boring or just stupid (really no other way to put it) and mostly have zero creativity, style, or work put into them. Especially annoying when there have been some really great ones uploaded that they would have seen if they took the time to look at them more than once every couple of days (or if they had a propper site setup that made browsing work right and easier..). This whole thing was one giant waste of both ours and SR3 employees time. It didn't even really serve as a good promotional tool either since the lack of options have soured and even turned away a lot of past Saints Row fans.
