It must be to do with the PSN being down due to maintainance. "The service will be down from 4pm Thursday until 2am Friday GMT, with users unable to access the PlayStation Store, PSN Account Management and PSN Account Registration during this time. For U.S. users, PSN will be offline from 8.00am - 10.00pm PST."

Where are each of you located? PS Europe is currently undergoing maintenance, and during that time, you will not be able to use our features since they are connected through that system. All we can do is wait for everything to come back online.

Same problem (ps3 - UK) :(
Yea it seems to be all the PS3's. US here and I just got the same thing after picking the game up today and all. Might go back to playing some Skyrim until this gets fixed up lol.

Thanks, this is what I wanted to hear :) It was a shame the maintenance had to be on the day I got SR: The Third :(. I still had fun with the game today but can't wait to redeem the Genki pre-order stuff and my Agent 47 character :D

It has been two days and this is still going on.....THQ or Volition needs to fix there severs. I have never bought a game that have given this much trouble until now.

It is 10:43 here in the US. I can sign into my psn, but the download option for the game is still not working. Either the sever is still down or I have no character in my queue (I have 3 in my queue fyi). *sigh*
