This has been going on since the game came out Tuesday night (so tonight's outage is not the cause), so I finally decided to finally record a video to show off the problem. Very simple. Linked my PSN account to the website perfectly, and the Initiation Station can upload just fine. Transferring character to queue: Not a problem. But from within the game itself, I can't upload or download. Downloading states there are no characters, uploading says connection timed out. Tried both through Router (NAT 2) and connected directly to the Cable modem (NAT 1) -- no difference what-so-ever. I think the video speaks for itself...
www.youtube.com/watch?v=3M9cCKwvzuY Note: DLC I have installed are the Online Pass, The Season Pass' content, and that Shark Gun. Sadly, I wasn't fortunate enough to get the Professor Genki DLC.

I'm experiencing the same issue. I managed to do a download the other night but now it's just like the video up top. My guess is, too many users at once?

The same thing has been happening for me since I got the game Wednesday morning. Is this only happening on PS3?

I got mine to download the first day, but now nothing. Just time out on upload and no characters for download. My queue has two characters in it. I had to upload mine through the initation station, but even after maink it public and taking it out and back into my queue a few times still nothing.

I'm having this same issue. I uploaded a character from Initiation Station just fine, made it public and added it to my queue with no trouble. I also have several other characters in my queue. Exact same errors when trying to download or upload characters in game. PS3 with the following DLC: Genki Pre Order Pack; Season Pass w/ Nyte Blade; Online Access.

None yet. It's amazing how many people are posting all over these forums about how they can't import or export their characters, and the answer we get is that we don't know how to link up correctly. Linking was the easiest freakin' part of this whole ordeal.

It's definitely on their end. Everyone is having this problem. Nothing can be done to fix this, everything the video shows is correct, so there is no reason it shouldn't work.

I have sent emails to both THQ and Volition, and they both are telling me to come back here to the fourms for help. Yet there is no real help here, just one big circle they run me through. We the consumers paid money for this, and we want results, but in the end they don't care.
