i have been reading soem of the posts about what SR4 should have, and i have had a lot of ideas about what SR4 should be like so i have an storyout line.

 if you have troble reading it try copy and past into a word documnet and make the font bigger. the story is perhaps too emotional and too deep but at lest it is not watered down and boring like SR3

The game starts out showing a commercial for the next season of shaundi’s  TV show (I wanna sleep with shaundi), after the commercial the camera zooms out to show the boss and pierce standing in the old hide out from Sr2 and watching the TV. The boss explains that he is not happy that he and pierce are making a guest appearance and questions why he lets pierce make these desions. Pierce reassures the boss that it’s just 2 hours and there is potential for a lot of money and it would make shaundi happy. The show is supposed to a special on her birthday and there is going to be a massive party at the old saints hideout (which is now an upscale nightclub called purgatory, that also functions as an Hq) about an hour later the show starts and the boss, piece and shaundi are sitting in a Vip area off camera and are talking about how the hide out use to be and how gat would be rolling in his grave if he knew they let TV cameras in there. The conversation then turns to shaundi the boss asks how she has been holding up, shaundi has been slowly recovering from gat’s death and appears in good spirits for now. Shaundi is then needed for the Tv show and leaves the group. Pierce says that he is surprised about how long it is taking her to get over gats death and the boss tells pierce to not give shaundi any crap because she is doing better. (shaundi is more mellow and a more fun loving, kind of like her old self but is still sore when gat’s death comes up) then an gun fight breaks out (it is an assaination attempt) and the boss tells pierce get shaundi to safety, pierce then runs to shaundi and helps get her out to the back, then the first level starts as an tutorial (kind of like the bank robbery level in SR3) and you have to kill all of the assassins in the club, then escort pierce and Shaundi (shaundi does not have a gun) to the helipad, killing more assassins on the way and then holding out for a chopper sent by kinzzie to get them out. After this ordeal the boss is furious and starts ranting about how he should fire everyone who was supposed to be security at the party and is now afraid that the saints will look like **** on national TV because they had to run away. The boss then goes off on shaudi about why she was not carrying a gun to protect herself. The boss asks her “do you even remember what your job is?” (Gang luetenuet) and asks if she thinks her Tv show is more important than the saints. (During this rant pierce tries to stop the boss and clam him down but is ignored) the boss then says if gat were alive we would not have to put up with this ****. shaundi is almost in tears at this point. the boss finally realizes he might have crossed the line. He sits down next to shaundi and apologizes and says that they are all guilty of becoming “soft” and the boss declares that they have to get back to the roots of the saints.(this becomes a main theme for the rest of the story, the crew takes a deep hard look in the mirror at what they have become and they are kind of embarrassed. and as the story progresses the characters start to revert back to the way they use to be, for example shaundi lets her hair back and wear’s that old purple bandana and dresses a bit more casual then in SR3, pierce also starts to dress more casual too) The boss then gets an call from kinzze, she says that after the shootout she sent some saints to investigate and look for clues for who these assassins were. She says there needs to be an emergency meeting now and that what she found is huge. The crew is then assembled at a conference room, viola, olag, are on a video chat from steelport, zimos is in the background being zimos. Kinzze then says that the assassins have been sent by the morning star, apparently they have been rebuilding themselves in a new city under the leadership of the leader of the morning star’s Europe operation, the new leader is even more ruthless then loran , it is revealed that he is Swiss national who use to be a state of the art mercenary who had fought in numerous wars around the world. He had befriended loran when he was brought into the morning star to provide for loran’s security but eventually worked his way up. Killbane has been located as well he is living in exile working for the new leader of the Moring star. killbane is working as an ambasttor with the morning stars new ally ( a Mexican drug cartel), he has some tension with the new leader because of both of their ego’s , killbane is viewed by the new leader as an third wheel and is only kept around because of his connection’s. The Moring star has an fragile alliance with the drug cartel that originates from Mexico (they are similar to the los carnolos from SR1) they are known for being brutal and specialize in drugs and smuggling contraband of all sorts into the U.S. the third gang is an motorcycle gang that has large meth operations  and specializes in robing smaller stores, extortion and are hire for protection by many people. The morning star still specializes in prostution and dirty banking but under new leadership they become experts in assaionation and gathering blackmail for important clients. Meanwhile stag has become inpatient and see’s on the news that the saints look week and cyrus believes that this is the time to strike, he twists some arms at the IRS to freeze their bank accounts (due to suspected terrorist ties) and the saints are left with no money and stag has members of the saints put on a no fly list. The saints still have some emergency money and some helicopters so pierce devises a plan to load up the crew and weapons into helicopters and fly to (the new city) to **** up the Moring star and kill killbane. Shaundi still kind of down about the earlier confrontation with boss, the boss notices and asks her if she is coming along( the conversation takes place while the boss pierce and shaundi are walking out of the room and towards shaundi’s room) and shaundi asks why they would need her (she expresses a lack of confidence in her ability to be a luetenuit) the boss reassures shaundi that they need her and asks her “are you reality going to leave me stuck with pierce”, pierce is behind the boss and says “what did I do, I was just minding my own”.(at this point the three are in shaundi’s room and shaundi is looking in the mirror) Shaundi’s look on her face lightens up( she reaches towards the dresser and pulls up her old purple bandana and puts her hair back and puts on the bandana) and she says she is in. (end scene). The next cut scene shows about several saints helicopters flying in formation approaching the city (the helicopters are transports not military grade). They are then ambushed by several other helicopters (morning Star) and a helicopter battle ensues. After destroying the helicopters the local air force base detects the battle in the sky and scrambles 3 jets, the saints try to flee and the boss ends up shooting two of the jets down with a missile launcher, but not before shooting down 4 saint helicopters. The last jet shoots down the helicopter the boss, pierce and shaundi are in and they go down and have a crash landing on the outskirts of the (new city). (the crash is not very bad and the crew walks away)they crash-landed in the country side of the new city right next to the highway that takes them to the (new city).  The boss realizes that the cops are probably on their way and tells pierce and shaundi to grab all the guns and money they can carry from the helicopter. Sure enough the local cops show up and the boss and the crew have to fight their way out. After fighting their way out they steal a car and putt all the supplies in the car and start driving towards the city. Knowing that they do not have much cash the boss decides to buy a **** hotel room to set up base and then the crew tries to figure out how to reestablish contact with kinzze. Meanwhile back at stag headquarters they are receiving the crime scene photos and cyrus is questioning if the saints were involved, then a man siting in a chair faced away from the camera says it’s the saints I know them when I see them, and the man turns around and it is Dex from SR1. (dex is now cyrus’s new right hand man) (endsceane)

Few side plots/notes that develop latter in the story (not particularly in order)

-This new city I believe should resemble Miami/New Orelens with a tropic theme or Las Vegas/Dallas with a dessert theme. Both should have a little bit of country side (I think it would open up more gameplay options)

-Gat is found alive, he was held against his will in a morning star drug lab and was being forced to work, the mourning star was planning on rebuilding the cloning facilities they lost in SR3 to clone Gat for their own purposes.  The saints rejoice but Johnny is more of a psycho then ever and has been affected by being kept in captivity.

-it is later revealed that shaundi’s drug habits have picked up again and she has been secretly been seeing a physiatrist since gat’s death and is on some anti-depressants, pierce serious questions if she can still preform her duties, the boss allows her to continue but is very watchful and cautious.

-half way through the story shaundi has her TV  show come out to this new city and film an episode, pierce and the boss meet up with shaundi at the set(since she cannot get away because of she has to go on shortly) to discuss their next move against the morning star. In the middle of the discussion they are interrupted by the producer who’s asks shaundi “are you going on dressed like that, you can dress like that on TV” (she is dressed casual like her old self) shaundi argues back and says it’s her show and she will dress however she wants and that she is not going to pretend to be someone else. The produce tries to argue back bringing up the contract with the production company but is cut off when the boss becomes mad and approaches the produces and punches him in the face and throws him up against the wall and tells the producer that if he ever tells shaundi or anyone from the saints what to do he will kill him.  

- in the mid part of the story donnie from SR1 & SR2 is in this new city on vacation trying to get away from the stress from stillwater and just when he thinks he has goten away from the stress the boss locates him through kinzze and blackmails him into helping the saints again.

- in the latter point of the story when stag is having a lot of problems with the saints dex posiens cyrus and takes comand after he becomes sick, he eventuely survives the posining.

I would definitely love to see a change of scenery like you suggested. If that doesn't happen at least open up both Steelport and Stilwater (with minor changes such as adding Planet Saints to Stilwater and interiors/other stores to Steelport).

Would hate to see Killbane again but I guess I wouldn't mind if Dex and Gat came back around and the MC goes back to how s/he was...

i am not a big fan of killbane ether but i hate haveing losse ends that go unansered

@aceman91 ive read your outline and i find it to be very good. I think you and I should both go to work for volition to be lead writers for sr4. And no i dont mind you using my ideas.

here is the 3rd part

Part 3
The saints are now setting up shop in this new mansion, the boss is helping carry stuff for shaundi to set up her lab when pierce comes into the room. The boss asks how is the whole recruiting thing coming along and if he knows if they can get some reinforcements from stillwatter or steelport. Peirce says there has been a problem and has the look on his face like he knows he is going to get chewed out, the boss asks what is the problem, pierce then explains that since most of the leaders in the saints are on the no flight list he had organized a plan to get viola(subject to change also considering olag ) and a large group of saints in the city by a cruise line(or train) but where caught when they when through customs and are being transported to the police station. The boss is mad about pierce making these types of plans behind his back and says we will talk later and tells him you made this mess you have to help me undo it so you and pierce have to force over two police vans and free the captured saint’s viola is not in either of them and kinnze calls and says that the other van that must have viola is almost at the police station, so the boss hurry’s towards the police station and you get there just as the van is pulling into the parking lot, a shootout ensues you free viola and get back to the crib. (Next mission)
The next mission shows and shaundi and a few other saints organizing money and putting it into a stash (the crew still can not open a bank account due to the IRS) the boss and viola walk by and see how much money there is. Viola says that keeping this much money in one place will create bad situations and it is only a matter of time before someone tries to steel it. The boss agrees that the money has to be secured. So the crew gathers around a laptop and talk to kinnze on video chat and ask her if there is anything she can do to help and she says she is working on it and then after a few seconds she says I think I have it, then she explains that an proment IRS agent is in town and he has hired a local bodyguard service to protect him (because he has a lot of death threats) and one of the bodyguards who was supposed to protect him has the day off, then the boss says if we can get him to tell us where the IRS agent is then they can find him and “convince” him to undo the account freeze. The mission has you go to the bodyguards house to interrogate him, he tries to run you chase him on foot catch him fight him and force him to tell you where the agent is. (WARNING the fallowing includes some vulgar sexual content, what would saints row be without a few sexual jokes) the guard tells the boss that the agent is into kink and is on his way to see his dominatrix the boss realizes that he will not get to the agent in time and calls shaundi and pierce and tells them to get to brothel where he is going to be and figure out how to get him. pierce and shaundi race to the brothel and pierce pulls out his gun and starts waving it around and say’s that they need their cooperation the hostess says that the IRS agent is going to a hotel room instead. Pierce then gets an idea he tells the hostess to call him and tell him his scheduled dominatrix is not feeling well and that she has suggested a new one for today and tell him to come to the brothel. The hostess agrees and calls him the agent then agrees to come to the brothel. Shaundi then says good  and calls the boss, now we just need to set him up with a new dominatrix. The hostess then says there is a problem, the other 3 dominatrix’s are on house call. Peirce gets frustrated and says “what we are supposed to do now”. He calls boss for advice. (The rest of the dialogue takes place over the phone while driving) pierce tells the boss about what happened. The boss says you had better come up with a dominatrix in about 5 minutes. Shaundi then asks “how are we supposed to do that” there is an awkward pause Shaundi then realizes what she is being asked to do. She says “NO ****ING WAY”! the boss says shaundi I need you to come through, she argues back that it is gross” the boss then says he will make it up to her and that they really need her to do this she says fine, I can’t believe I am going to do this” the about 2/3 of the way to the destination the next cut scene starts. shaundi comes out of one of the rooms dressed in a dominatrix dress, pierce is holding back his laughter shaundi then tells him he is an ****. Pierce tells here wait for him to give the signal for when the boss arrives. The a limo pulls up outside (the agent), pierce tells the receptionist just direct him to the room and everything will be fine he goes and sits in a chair next to the reception podium and acts like he is a customer. The agent arrives and is direct to the room and his security team waits outside. When the agaent comes in he begins to lick her boot , shaundi has the look like she is disgusted beyond belief (endscence) you arrive and shoot all of the security with pierce and then give go into the room that shaundi and the agent are in, the boss and pierce are about to integrate him when gun shots are heard outside(it is backup and the police) the boss tells shaundi to give the agent his moneys worth and he and pierce will buy time shaundi then gives the two a middle finger. You shot out two waves then come back and shaundi has broken him, he claims he cannot undo the freeze but he can set up an new account that will stay clear of the IRS. But he needs an computer. They then hear police sirens in the background the boss then says we gota go take him with you(the agent is still in S&M clothing)(shaundi then hooks up a leash to his collar and pulls him along and then the three of you fight your way out against swat guys then escape back to the crib) the three of you walk in shaundi still  leading around the agent, viola looks up and is amused and she says’ if you wanted a sex salve shaundi I could have got you one for a discount.” Peirce starts to chuckle and shaundi Charlie horses him in the back of the leg. Pierce complains to boss saying did you see that, the boss replies that he deserved it. And says that he is not going to be a permanent guest and tells the agent to sit down and get it done, he sets up the account and is then handed his cloths and is told if he or another fed’s show up around the hideout the boss will reveal his other side to his wife. The agent then runs out, shaundi says that she is going to take a shower for 2 hours and the crew splits up. (endmission)
