I recently purchased the season pass for my PSN account (Da_Pwnage_Man13) via the in-game DLC menu. I did everything and purchased it, however I was not given an option to download it. I checked the download list on the out of game PSN store and it wasn't there. When I checked back in game, it said I had purchased it via the little star. However when I press it it takes me to the downloads menu and it says the content cannot be found. Does this mean it didn't go through and I've lost the money? My wallet is empty and it shows up on the ingame DLC menu. And how can I fix it?

You did not lose your money. The Season Pass, (as listed in the description) is a pre-purchase for the three upcoming DLC Mission Packs which have not been released yet. Included with your Season Pass is a free download of the Nyte Blayde Pack, which you should've seen the second you hopped into your game and either opened your wardrobe, or entered your stored vehicle garage. When the three DLC Mission Packs are released, you'll be able to download them straight from the "Downloadable Content" menu option after launching the game.

The same thing happend to me on my accout Bryton_961 but i didnt get the outfits or vehicles it didnt work at all and when i go into Downloadable content it says, No Downloadable content available at this time.

Season Pass IS Nute Blayde pack
Let me calrify. On Playstation Store Nyte Blayde pack can be bought separately. It's 85 rubles in Russia, which equals.. $3 I guess? And Season Pass is a separate entity, which gives you access to 3 future DLC and you get the mentioned Nyte Blayde pack for free instead of $3.
(on PC yes, you can't buy Nyte Blayde pack separately, but that's PS3/360 forum here, not sure about 360).

i payed for the season passw i got the ouitfits but when i went on sr3 on the 17 (witch is when gankibowl is realesed) it just said the was no content availble HELP

same problem im a xbox user when i downloaded the season pass before genkbowl came out i got the nyte blade pack and i also downloaded the costume packs it worked but when genkibowl came out i downloaded the viewer pack and i didnt get the genkibowl dlc and loss my nyte blade pack and costume packs what happening could someone HELP i paid 1600 microsoft points for season pass and i paid for the costume packs i dont wanna waste my money my gamertag is catz543.
