They did this for Lin in Saints 1, Carlos in Saints 2, brought Gat back for about 10 lines of dialogue in Saints 3.

Who is to say that they won't do the same thing in Saints 4?

cool story and i like gat and dex is from ultor will help with the stag  kill the saint  and killbane just find him and kill him

So Killbane is dead...but Temple is alive.....(this thing its a canon)so we don't know yet which ending they will choose(either Save Shaundi, Viola and Reynolds, Kill Kia, Killbane escapes and Temple lives the Saints alone....either...Kill Killbane, Sahundi, Viola Reynolds dies, Kill Temple, Steelport becomes a city state, you are a national criminal organisation....killing dex will be easy...you will forget about Lin,Aisha,Carlos & Gat cause you got the money...The game will be a sci-fi ****....turning theirback to the gangsta roots ****...becoming the new deckers....than the MC..will get rid of Pierce also, of Angel, Zimos..and it will be only Him, Oleg & Kinzie...the new Dekers will rule the world...The game will be called Saints 4ever(with a stylized "ever")but they turn into Deckers....)wow...some story here...but what i want is the one where Killbane escapes, Shaundi, Viola will live, temple is alive also.....so in SR4...we will get to fight with Killbane, Temple, Dex, and maybe two more "bad" guys....wahtever man

Here's my idea for the storyline of Saints Row 4. The game should start where the Saints throw a party in their HQ in Steelport. During the party, an army of highly trained soldiers attack the party and kill everyone, except the boss. He/She should have a fight with their leader, but loses when they are thrown out the window. Peirce, who hears of the massacre, rescues the boss from death by saving them in a helicopter. After this, the remaining Saints flee to Stilwater. When they get there, they find out that they have lost their empire to 3 other gangs. First, they find themselves some new HQ since they have lost everything. Then they have to recruit new gang members. After this, they prepare to take back Stilwater.

Just like in Saints Row 1 and 2, you should be able to take out the gangs in any order. The first gang should be called The Fists Of Iron. They should be a Russian gang involved in gambling, prostitution and drugs. Their colour should be red and thier symbol should be a red fist, like the Red Faction logo. They should have three leaders, Yuri, Dimitri and Alexander and they should control the south of Stilwater(the area controlled by the Los Carnales in Saints Row 1).

The next gang should be called the Cat Clan. They should be a gang of catburglars, hence why they are called the Cat Clan. Their colour should be blue and their symbol should be a cat wearing a bandanna. Their leader should be an old woman called the Cat Lady and they should control the North East of Stilwater.

The next gang should be called the Hitmen-4-Hire. They should be a gang of mercenaries willing to do anything for the right price. Their colour should be green and their symbol should be a pistol with smoke coming out of the barrel in the shape of a dollar sign. Their leader should never be referred to by name, like the leader of the Saints. He should be called Boss by the Hitmen-4-Hire gang members and the Hitmen leader by everyone else. They should control Downtown, Stilwater.

After the 3 gangs are defeated, the soldiers that kicked the Saints asses in Steelport should return. They should be called the Guardians. They should be the most powerful military force in the world, with technology more futuristic than STAG's. They should look like the juggernauts in Modern Warfare 2. Their colour should be black and their symbol should be a shield with a skull in the middle. Their leader should be known as Skullface. He should look like Ghost in MW2, and he should be the best fighter in the world.

Maybe Dex copuld appear in the game in a way like Julius did in Saints Row 2.
