We are well aware of the issue that is affecting some of you and working on a fix. While we work on a proper solution, we recommend deleting Genkibowl VII from your system so that you can continue to enjoy the game. Once a solution is available, we'll let everyone know and update accordingly.

I have the Season Pass and downloaded the Genkibowl DLC and for some reason everytime I try to play/load/create it gives me the loading screen and just sends me back to the main menu with no type of error. This is happening to me on the 360 and I'm aware it's happening with other users as well. The game seems to run if you delete the Genkibowl DLC though.

OMGoodness I knew I was not the only one w/this problem but had a hard time finding out any info while looking through these forums.  I hope we will get a reply soon.

Have you attempted to clear your 360's cache? Under System settings. Choose Storage > Highlight the HDD or storage device in use > Press ‘Y’ for device options > Select ‘Clear System Cache'.


Once that is complete, re-download the Genkibowl VII DLC. If it still fails to work, please try downloading the newest Viewer Pack (free).

No luck here either. Cleared both of my caches, un-installed and re-installed and it brings the load screen up like it normally would for about five seconds and then stops loading then automaticfally goes back to the main menu.
