I agree but I do think Troy could rejoin since he is behind the scenes helping the Saints. It might be tough for Gat and Troy and Viola to get along though.

Some People Say Julius Was Brought Back To Life By Dex Ok If he did hes one dumb son of a bitch cause he has a Giant Hole in his Brain From a Bullet First Words Probly out of his mouth that would Be me Go poo Poo Cause the Brain Makes people Think Also If King Did Return I belive some one Mentoned this if they did its a good idea He would go TO War With the saints Cause Julius Was His Best Friend I Dont Think Gat Would DIe Till His Life is Complete and Gat has 3 Things on his mind
1. Kill Dex For Betraying The Saints
2. Kill Troy For Being A UnderCover Cop
3. Be Mad About Ayishas Death
Also Why did they make Shaundi Fall in love with Gat It wont ever work out hes in love with ayisha forever and always He wont think of shaundi that way ik we all would lol but he wont and gang romance is forbidden cause most of gangs downfalls is because of love gangs are not supost to have love for anyone in the gang

Why on earth would Dex want to revive Julius after taking the trouble to get both him and the boss into the church in order to have the Masako wipe them both out during the Revelation mission in SR2? It makes no sense... none... whatsoever... If Dex wanted Julius alive he would never have tried to kill him in the first place.
Why did they make Shaundi Fall in love with Gat
They didn't.... though you can be forgiven for thinking that way from what the omitted from the final storyline. As anyone who has read the Development History section of the Prima Guide can testify, they cut a subplot that dealt with Shaundi's survivor's guilt and depression, which is why she is so hell bent on avenging Gat's death.

What possible reason could they have to lie about story arcs that didn't make the 'final cut'?
Considering we know that one of the upcoming DLCs is called Trouble With Clones, we really don't know if we're even getting the original Gat back... or even if we'll be getting him at all... that news ticker in Genkibowl could just be talking about Zombie Gat! But even if we do get Gat (or a clone) back, Scott Phillips admitted in an interview that there was never any consensus within the team on whether killing Johnny was a good idea or not, so they could have deliberately given themselves an out in case his death wasn't well received, but you can hardly expect the Prima Guide to spoil any potential future plot of DLC and/or SR4, especially when the guide will have been written, finalised and printed long before the game ends up in the hands of players. Things change... stories are developed... characters that were killed off have been brought back in all sorts of media. Bobby Ewing (Dallas) is probably the most prominent example in television I can think of, but one can also look towards Buffy (the Vampire Slayer) or John Sheridan (Babylon 5) as more recent examples. The world of comics, however, is notorious for it.... the concept of "comic book death" even has its' own wikipedia page, where you'll find at least one prominent example of a genuinely intended character death being retconned (Jean Grey - X Men) and possibly the most famous comic character of all time (Superman) was killed with the intention of bringing him back at the end of the storyline. So, when you consider the 'comic' direction the franchise has taken with SR:TT, then it could be argued that giving Gat a comic book death is not only highly appropriate, but almost mandatory.
