All I get when I try to join a coop game on PC is this message, after waiting about 15 minutes or so. I've been waiting in game for an hour or so and nothing hapens, just "The Host Is Busy And Has Asked You To Wait..." Is this a horrible matchmaking system or what?

Edit: It would be nice if I could get a reponse from Volition, but I won't hold my breath since the last patch they released broke the game for Steam users who bought DLC. It's pretty clear to me that at this point they just don't care. They already have my money, so why would they care, right?
