Same here. Made this account to try and link this to my game instead but the game doesn't allow that. It's a shame 'coz I was gonna buy the season pass since I loved the game. Now I can't even show off any of my characters that I tried to perfect over hours of painstaking work (I'm not kidding. I started 1am and finished 4 hours later just for one character.).

4 hours? :O. That's some crazy dedication and the most i did was an hour which i thought that was too long. I wanna see ur character now XD and as for the sign-in issues i think over more than 50% of community members are having the same issue. It's really starting to get to me now though because my stupid password keeps resetting and I have to change it every time so I got the choice of staying signed into the game or the community site...  ... and i hate my stupid mouse the damn thing keeps double-clicking for no reason
Fix my community account!!! >X(

This community site is a complete mess with little to no support from volition. It's pathetic the only response on this issue was posted 7 months ago. The trouble comes from making your account through anything but the site itself. When you make an account in game it wont let you choose age and doesnt technically save your account so when you try to log back into it itll either say username or password error. Or you cant access any content because the site is saved with your bday as jan 1 2000 and wont let you change it. So now i have 2 accounts, one that I made in game which automatically linked to my steam account(which you cant unlink apparently) and a new one i made to post this rant which cant be linked to my steam account because the other one is already. The first only gives user error and wont send a confirmation email to reset the password, even if it did i cant change my birthday so it says im 12 yrs old. This account is basically useless unless i buy a second copy of the game and link it to a new steam account or console profile. Nice game, horrible community support.

So I shouldn't have created my account in-game? THAT woulda been nice to know before the broken account got irremediably linked to my steam account... ****ing bullshit amateur work there, whoever did that part of the community site... AT LEAST give us a way to unlink accounts on the GAME side of things, not the community site account WHICH WE CAN'T LOG INTO BECAUSE IT'S ****ING BROKEN!

Have you all tried updating/signing in via THQ.com? Let me know if that works. I am working on gathering all the cases of the passwrod issues for the team. We have resolved a handful and are looking for the issue.

I am logged into THQ.com as well as here. When I'm on here while logged onto THQ.com, the forum seems to work OK, but the other community features, like the My Steelport pages bump me out every now and then and I can't view my own content on there. It works OK at times though, but regularly throws me out and when I try to get in again, it tells me Password Incorrect. The forum works OK for me now though. The problem on this thread, though, is concerning the fact that many of us can't log onto the Community features in-game. This means, we won't be able to take screenshots (I use FRAPS for that now), upload and download characters and so on. That issue also needs to be resolved.

I'm not sure if anything every came from this, but I've owned the game since it came out and still haven't been able to log in while ingame. This site works, THQ works, ingame always says wrong password. It's been a year and I haven't been able to log in. Silly.
