Trafficking glitch [360]

When I try to complete the Espina Trafficking activity, whenever it takes me to the stop that is located outside a gas station, it instantly fails the mission whenever I approach the blue marker, saying the drug buyer has been killed. Has happened 3 times now, I am definitely NOT killing anyone. Anyone else had this problem?

i have the exactly same problem...


i will quit now play another mission and i will try later again this glitch mission
