Is there any way to get the Saints Tornado and Vulture from Heli Assault and use it in normal gameplay? I thought I would get them after completing all Heli Assault Activities but you don't. Help!

Not entirely true there are mods available for PC clients that will unlock the special vehicles. just Google SRTT Mods

I think there may be a way, but its gonna take some figuring out. These choppers can be entered/exited during the stag party mission just like the unarmed en-forcer during "my name is Cyrus".
During that mission you have your co-op partner drive the vehicle home and wait by it until the mission starts. Now if you were to move one of the choppers to another location and both ride in the other chopper for the mission I think there's a chance it might still be there. I haven't been able to test this yet as you have to get through the three-way mission first and this is a little tedious considering Pierce's learning disability (as in he's a total freakin retard)

We should try this. I've wanted those purple heli's since the game came out! they should have come with the spec-ops pack!

Maybe there is another spec-ops(ish) DLC to come out , remember that other military vehicles have't been released with Saints themes , such as Challenger , BEAR , Bulldog and 2 versions of Eagle choppers.
Would be cool see those vehicles in purple with Saints badges , but the already in-game Tornado and Vulture are only purple , to release them as a DLC , they will have to work with some original gold parts or/and badges too.
If it bleeds, we can kill it.

For these choppers I think they should just release a patch or something that adds them in randomly. Not sure how but maybe they could just leave a couple on the crib helipad the way they do the condor after "my name is Cyrus" mission.

It should have been unlocked in the helipad after the mission(s) they are used in, or even unlocked as a part of the Saint's "Special Ops" pack.
I also agree with the other posts suggestion that there should be a Saint's Bear and Saint's Challenger variants as well!

If you pirate the game they are unlocked for you. But I wouldn't do that cuz thats just stealing.

I already have a wicked saints challenger thanks to the vehicle customization glitch, it could use a little more bling though lol
