I have been doing this ever since the game came out up until now, there is a glitch that allows you to run in slow motion, while everthing else is at a normal pace. If you slightly press the sprint button, while tilting the analog stick slightly in the direction you want to run, your MC should slow motion run, I know I stumbled upon this. Im not sure if anyone else has. But this might be the founder of this glitch.

Yeah. I don't know if it's a glitch, but I found it odd too.
