I have amazing ideas for DLC but nowhere to post them. Until now.
The first one is pretty epic, so bear with me. Weapon/Vehicle/Mission Pack "The Brute Suit" DLC Description: Transform yourself into a walking tank with the super advanced robotic Brute Suit! Built to replicate the speed and power of an ordinary brute, and armed with jump jets and a multitude of powerful weapons, the Brute Suit is the best way to handle pesky National Guard battalions or squads of Morning Star grunts. Even better, it can be customized in the garage to change its armament, from a minigun to flamethrower, to a giant chainsaw and more. Strap on the Brute Suit and let the lead fly!
In Game Performance: (I play the PS3 version, so the controls I talk about will be for the PS3 controller.) The Brute Suit is a Vehicle, that behaves like a Tank, in that it uses the control sticks to move instead of the triggers. Its can fight barehanded, like a regular Brute and throw vehicles and people around, or it can equip various weapons on its arms and in its chest to increase its fighting ability. It also has a built in radio and toilet.
Its basic movement is walking and running, but it is also able to use the sprint button to activate its boosters and dash along the ground at speeds comparable to Nitrous. It will push vehicles out of the way while walking, running, and dashing. Pressing the X button will fire up its jump jets and send it rocketing into the air, over enemies and small buildings. Holding the X button on the ground will charge up the boosters for a bit before launching, increasing the boost height the longer the button is held. Pressing the X button again in midair will activate hovering, allowing it to float slowly back to the ground. It can also crush enemies and vehicles by dropping on them from the air.
Its combat ability is tied to its built in weapons. Each arm weapon is bound to the triggers, while the Body weapon is bound to the right bumper. When armed only with its hands, it can punch things, and pick up and throw pedestrians, vehicles, and debris. Weapons of various types can be equipped on the arms, including:
~Brute Minigun ~Brute Flamethrower ~SNG Rapid Fire Rocket Launcher (Non laser guided) ~SNG Homing Missile Launcher ~SNG Autocannon ~SNG Tank Cannon ~Luchadore Rapid Grenade Launcher ~STAG Laser Beam ~STAG Auto Laser ~STAG Railcannon ~Chainsaw ~Pile Bunker ~Electro Magnetic Laser Blade
Firearms can be fired in tandem, but melee weapons (Chainsaw, Pile Bunker, EMLB) require the suit to stop firing in order to execute attacks. You can perform combos if equipping two melee weapons. Firearms have unlimited ammo, but ones like the Minigun and Laser Machine Gun need to be reloaded every few hundred shots or so.
Weapons built into the Body are mostly gadgets and support devices, with a few actual weapons also available. Some include:
~EM Field (Wide, 360 degree blast of electricity that stuns enemies and vehicles) ~ECM (Causes missiles from helicopters to swerve away) ~Auxiliary Boosters (Extra jets on the back. Allows you to move around faster while hovering, and slows descent speed, as well as enables execution of a more powerful diving attack by pressing the Right Bumper in midair.) ~Power Laser (Fires a huge laser beam from the chest directly ahead for about a second. Think: Iron Man's Unibeam) ~Missile Pod (Two burst fire, 6-shot homing rocket launchers on its back) ~Gatling Turret (A separate back mounted gatling gun that aims with the camera.) ~Riot Grenade (Launches a rapid fire burst of GLR type grenades from its shoulders to cover a wide area in front.)
Its overall design is reminiscent of Iron Man's Dynamo Buster, only Brute Sized, complete with glowing chest circle, big enough for the Boss to sit inside of, but still have his head fit inside the helmet.
Mission Data: (Optional) Should the be implemented, it could also be packaged with its own mission, wherein you steal it from the Steelport National Guard. "Shoot To Thrill" You receive a call from Kenzie, telling you to go home to the Saints HQ and watch TV. You turn on the news to see a Steelport Press Release. Without STAG around to combat the Gang's Brutes, the SNG borrowed from STAG's R&D department and built the Brutebuster Mk I Armored Battlesuit. A combat demonstration is scheduled at the SNG base later that day. Kenzie wants you to go and steal it, naturally. You would take an Armed Eagle into battle over the Base, fight off some SNG attack choppers, and then parachute down in front of the hangar where the Brutebuster Mk I is put on display. The alarm goes off, and a Soldier jumps in and powers it up. It attacks with an Autocannon and PIle bunker, while shooting clusters of rockets at you, when Kenzie calls and tells you that you can't destroy it, since she doesn't know if its the only one in currently in production. So, she calls in Oleg to distract the machine, while you're supposed to get behind it, and attempt to hijack it. Hijacking a Brute Suit is like pulling off a finishing move or escaping a Brute. 3 button presses later, if you are successful, you throw the soldier out of the suit, and Oleg kills him. You then get to carve your way though SNG Forces back to the Saints HQ with Oleg, unleashing the full might of the suit on the hapless military.
Making it back to Saints HQ nets you the "Brute Suit" mech, and the "With Apologies to Mr. Stark" (Alternatively: "War Machine", "Big Gun" or "Shoot To Thrill". The names of AC/DC songs being a complete coincidence.) Trophy/Achievement. Along with some cash and respect.
Optional Data: (Also Optional) This DLC would also give the SNG Brute Suits, that deploy at Level 5 Notoriety, armed with an Auto Cannon and Pile Bunker on the Arms, and Missile Pods on the Body. While I stressed the customization options before, they are entirely optional, since the suit would work fine with just the Auto Cannon, PIle Bunker, and Missile Pods. Or even just the regular Brute abilities (With the added jumping ability)
So, what do you think? Too much? Too little? Tell me what you think.
Um its a lot, but not too much. It sounds awesome but it also sounds like a ton of new programming and animation. I would love to see something like this. Who knows? Maybe in the dominatrix...
Trick out your arsenal with powerful STAG laser weapons! Included are the "Hound" Laser Pistol, "Voice" Laser SMG, and "Titan" Laser Cannon.
In Game Performance:
The Hound Laser Pistol would function the same way as the ray gun from the Gangstas in Space, only look like a STAG weapon. Same with the Voice looking like the laser blaster, but made by STAG. The Titan would look like the Laser Cannon, but also be made by STAG.
I just really like their style, and want a full arsenal of STAG exclusive weapons.

Hopefully. If not, maybe SR4. Since there isn't much crazier than Lasers, VTOL jets, the Daedalus, and Brutes, than Giant Robots. And SR4 was said to be even more balls-to-the-walls crazy than SR:TT was.
Bring more firepower to the streets of Steelport with the Death Race: Steelport Pack. Attach a multitude of guns to your favorite vehicles and turn them into (even more lethal) killing machines. Load up on ammo and set the streets ablaze with gunfire!
In Game Performance:
You get a call from an Ex-Luchadore, who tells you that he can make your cars better, that he was going to use his knowledge to make the Luchadores invincible on the road, but never got the support of the rest of the group. You meet him at the Rim Jobs near Let's Pretend, and he gives you the tutorial on attaching guns and stuff to your cars.
Only certain cars can equip weapons. Ones I can think of now would be the Hammerhead, Bootlegger, Infuego, Compensator, Criminal, Bulldog, Temptress, Raystar, etc.
Weapons available include any from the SMG, Shotgun, and Rifle Categories, the Rocket Launcher, the Brute Minigun, Flamethrower and Grenade Launcher, and the Chainsaw.
Attached weapons would be clustered by 3s or 4s, like 3 Kurkov Rifles on the hood of your car, with 4 TEK-10s on the roof.
Each vehicle would have a certain number of weapons slots, like they normally have different customizable parts.
The regular weapons you attach are of the same level as the player's.
Your character becomes a one-man vigilante squad after his gang is murdered by agents of the government and the corporations in which he/she randomly goes out and kills cops/ agents/ corporate heads and destroys various strongholds and symbols of their oppressive power on the mean streets after dark.
In Game Performance:
It starts out with a simultaneous attack on your gang at some gathering and they are all or most killed off maybe a few hospitalized. The media is reporting that government and Ultor have worked together to clean up the streets by attacking the source (the Saints) you lead a one-man vigilante squad and kill off corrupt government leaders and Ultor leaders also attacking ny place they reside and their symbols of power. Basically like the Charles Bronson movie series Death Wish, just the street punks attacking this time. You would get Death Wish themed clothing based on all the movies and various guns Charles Bronson used in the movies.. Could even give the AR gun a grenade launcher and make a pistol based on the .475 Wildey Magnum. Male characters would get an added Bronson mustache. Maybe a bonus for female characters would be Ms.45 Clothing (All outfits from the movie Ms.45 Angel of Vengence)?

Allows the player to access custom soundtracks and music content from the PS3 Hard Drive via the Mix Tape. Adds a new category in the Mix Tape selection menu, labelled "Custom Tracks" which you can load into the Mix Tape to play while driving vehicles.
Basically, it allows you to start a new game with all your upgrades, abilities, weapons, and vehicles, allowing you to kick the story's ass a second time. More importantly, it will let you fight STAG again with all your upgraded ****.
Toggle Abilities and Upgrades
One thing that has been bugging me for a while is the the game becomes way too easy after you've maxed out everything.
So, insead of having to start a new game, I would like the ability to turn off certain abilities, and go back on upgrades to weapons and such.
I want to use a Flashbang again, and not be completely impervious to hails of bullets and explosions. Or at least go back to being ragdolled by explosions.

Anything else I missed? What do you think?
i like your ideas but itd be cool if you could do like james bond style and have the weapons hidden behind the lights and in little compartments that all pop out when you hit the fire button
