In Saints Row 2 that was not the case. I could use my save data on any other account or console. Nice feature but I don't need that. It's okay for me that my save game is connected to my account but I want at least to back up it.

The most frustrating thing is that many games today have save game issues. I remember Heavy Rain having save game issues and copy protection and that was a bad combination.
