I want to remove the default neck tattoo, but when I go to Rusty's Needle, remove it there and save it, it just pops up again on my neck when I start up the game later.
This has happened five times already and it's very annoying.
And yes, I am sure that I selected the right save file.
I'm using the PC version.

This is an annoying bug, but you can work around it by buying the same tattoo and setting opacity to 0%. It won't show back up after that.
